Workouts: 6/2/15

10 minute warm up run on the treadmill (RW run streak day 9).

1.07 miles|10 minutes

I hit the weights for a quick lift–leg press, chest press, seated rows, bicep curls, tricep kickbacks and 30 sec x2 planks.

After weightlifting, I hit the pool for a swim.  Halfway through the last 25 yards it started lightening so the pool was evacuated! I’m just happy I was able to finish the entire workout.  Summer is here, it’s time to make sure swims get done in the morning before the risk of a thunderstorm!

900 yds|22:54 (including rest times, which I have been able to cut back!)
